- 24/7 emergency HVAC services
- Indoor air quality assessments and improvements
All services are performed by certified and licensed HVAC technicians in accordance with industry standards and local regulations.
3. Service Terms and Conditions
Our service appointments are scheduled based on availability and geographic location. We strive to provide accurate time estimates for service calls, but actual arrival times may vary due to traffic conditions, previous service calls, or emergency situations.
Customers are responsible for providing safe and reasonable access to HVAC equipment. Any additional work discovered during service calls will be discussed and approved before proceeding. We reserve the right to refuse service in unsafe conditions or inappropriate environments.
4. Pricing and Payment
Service pricing is based on our current rate schedule and may vary depending on the complexity of work, time of service, and parts required. All prices quoted are estimates unless specifically stated otherwise in writing.
Payment is due upon completion of services unless other arrangements have been made in advance. We accept cash, checks, and major credit cards. Additional fees may apply for after-hours emergency services, weekend appointments, or services requiring special equipment.
5. Warranties and Guarantees
We warrant our workmanship for a period of one year from the date of service completion. This warranty covers defects in our installation or repair work but does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, or damage caused by external factors.
Parts and equipment installed by AirCool Pro are covered by manufacturer warranties. We will assist customers with warranty claims but are not responsible for manufacturer defects or failures beyond our control.
6. Limitation of Liability
AirCool Pro's liability for any claims related to our services is limited to the cost of the services provided. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages including but not limited to lost profits, business interruption, or damage to property not directly related to our services.
We maintain appropriate insurance coverage for our business operations, but our liability is limited to the extent permitted by law and our insurance coverage.
7. Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for:
- Providing accurate information about HVAC problems and system history
- Ensuring safe and clear access to equipment and work areas
- Securing pets and ensuring a safe working environment
- Being present during service appointments or designating an authorized representative
- Following maintenance recommendations to ensure optimal system performance
8. Cancellation and Rescheduling
Service appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled with at least 2 hours notice for regular appointments and 1 hour notice for emergency services. Cancellations with less notice may result in a service call fee.
AirCool Pro reserves the right to reschedule appointments due to weather conditions, equipment failures, or other circumstances beyond our control. We will make every effort to notify customers as soon as possible of any schedule changes.
9. Website Use and Privacy
Our website is provided for informational purposes and to facilitate service requests. Users agree not to misuse our website or attempt to disrupt its operation. All personal information collected through our website is handled according to our Privacy Policy.

10. Emergency Services
Our 24/7 emergency service is available for urgent HVAC problems that pose health, safety, or property damage risks. Emergency service rates apply for calls outside normal business hours, weekends, and holidays.
We define emergency situations as complete system failures during extreme weather, gas leaks, electrical hazards, or situations that pose immediate health or safety risks. Non-emergency repairs requested during emergency hours will be charged at emergency rates.
11. Modifications to Terms
AirCool Pro reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
We recommend reviewing these terms periodically to stay informed of any updates or changes to our service policies.
12. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which AirCool Pro operates. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services will be resolved through binding arbitration or in the appropriate local courts.
